I made this up and find it indispensable! On a single page, I track a whole week: weight, meals, water intake, exercise, sleep and mood. Very handy! Click the image below. A high-resolution PDF should open (requires the free Adobe reader).

I love the chart you made and would like to print it out, but was wondering if you could send it to me so that it would be the size of a regular page so that I can read it better.     1. Hi Liz, I made that with Photoshop. The original is a .PSD file, and it can't really be opened by any other programs. Does that help?

  7. Hey there...I am a new Optavia health coach. Hopefully you are still a coach and have access to what I'm about to ask. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this tracker for my clients in 5&1. I would love to be able to modify it for the transition weeks and then for a weekly OPTIMIZATION tracker. I find that I do so much better, don't we all, when I track everything. Could you email the tracker in an editable form so I can spend the time to tweak it myself or have you already accomplished this? I see that you made it in Photoshop which I don't currently own. I have been thinking about purchasing it, though. Your answer to this question might just push me over the edge of decision, however. :) Thanks Harry...Terresa

    1. The M means it was a Medifast Meal replacement. LG Means it was my Lean Green Meal.

  9. There are places for snacks below, so I dont understand why there are 6 fueling boxes. We get 5 fuelings a day.

    Day one on 5/1 today, so still learning
